TeenInnovation=Teenovate
Teenovate — Teen + Innovation — is our adolescent and young people programme, putting trusted digital health tools in the hands of adolescents, young people, and their families. Through Teenovate we champion two Ministry of Health platforms — RIKA and EWENE — and bring them to schools, communities, and homes.
RIKA is the Ministry of Health’s digital health platform for adolescents and young people. It offers reliable educational content that makes health easy to understand — and a safe, private, and confidential space to ask anything about health, relationships, school, family, and fitness.
Through Teenovate, Tujulishane Kenya introduces RIKA to young people in schools and communities, alongside the Understanding Adolescents Guide Book.
I've been really stressed about exams lately. Is that normal?
Totally normal — lots of young people feel this way. Want some simple ways to manage exam stress? I can also point you to support near you. 💙
Is this chat private?

EWENE
Every Woman · Every Newborn · Everywhere
“Okoa Mama. Okoa Mtoto.”
EWENE is a global initiative adopted by Kenya, led by the Ministry of Health and partners, to accelerate the reduction of maternal and newborn deaths. Through the Kenya EWENE Acceleration Plan 2026–2028, it tackles the three delays that cost lives: in seeking, reaching, and receiving care.
Through Teenovate, Tujulishane Kenya amplifies EWENE in communities — helping families learn the danger signs and know where to get help.

Teenovate · Partnership
Built with the Ministry of Health
Tujulishane Kenya is an official partner of the Ministry of Health. Teenovate is built inside that partnership: the Ministry leads RIKA and EWENE and sets the standard for what young people and families are told, and we bring the communications, community reach, and engagement with adolescents and young people to get it to them.
All Teenovate content is aligned with and approved by the Ministry of Health
We champion national platforms — RIKA and EWENE — rather than building parallel ones
Delivered through national, county, and community structures
